What types of delivery does Cretivly have?
In most cases we use 4PX,DHL. However, if another courier is at that moment faster, we might choose that courier instead.
Orders can sometimes take 1-2 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive a notification from us via email providing you the information on how to track your order.
If you haven’t received one or if the tracking number doesn’t work. Contact us and we’ll fix it!
